Reach us with enough detail to diagnose a request without exposing your key.

Email admin@rca-onboardly.com and include:

• Your key ID — the 16-character id between onb_live_ and the underscore. Copy it from the pill next to the key's name in /settings/integrations → API keys (inbound). Never the full key.
• The candidate id (returned when you created the candidate and by every GET /candidates/{id}) and/or the external_id you sent as Idempotency-Key.
• The approximate timestamp of the request.
• The HTTP status and the error string you received — not the full response body, which can contain the candidate’s personal details.
