How it works
From CV to compliant, in three steps.
You add a candidate once. Onboardly handles everything between that moment and a finished, audit-ready file.
Step 01
Add the candidate
A couple of minutes of your time — the only manual step in the process.
- Drop in a CV
- Onboardly reads it — name, contact details, work history and qualifications are extracted automatically.
- Document pack selected
- The role determines the checks: a care assistant, a registered nurse and a driver each get the right list, automatically.
- You approve, once
- Review the extracted details and the document list, then send. That's the last thing Onboardly asks of you until the file is done.
Step 02
Collection runs on WhatsApp
The agent works the file so you don't have to — politely, persistently, around the clock.
- First message in seconds
- The candidate gets a welcome message on WhatsApp straight away — no app, no portal, no password.
- One document at a time
- The agent asks for each document in turn, explains exactly what's needed, and answers questions as they come up.
- Verified on arrival
- Every upload is read and checked in seconds. Clear passes move on; anything uncertain is flagged to you with the reason.
- Quiet candidates get nudged
- Reminders go out on your cadence — every 24, 48 or 72 hours — until the file is complete or you step in.
Step 03
Export the file
The finish line: one pack, everything in order, nothing missing.
- Complete compliance pack
- Every verified document, check result and reference in a single export — ordered the way an inspector expects.
- Timestamped throughout
- Who uploaded what and when, what was verified and by which check — the full trail travels with the pack.
- Synced where you work
- Status lands in Airtable or Google Sheets as it changes; webhooks and Zapier fire the moment a candidate goes compliant.
