Refunds

1. Free trial

New accounts get a free 14-day trial before any charge is made. Use this period to decide whether Onboardly is right for you — you will not be charged if you cancel before it ends.

2. Charges after the trial

Once the trial ends and a paid subscription begins, charges are not refunded except where UK law requires it — for example where the service was unavailable due to our fault, or under your other statutory rights.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not give partial-month refunds for the unused remainder.
