What the candidate-survey questionnaire is, its three gates, and what leaves the platform.
ChurnGuard’s candidate survey asks a recruiter-authored set of questions, one at a time, once a candidate’s compliance process completes — over the same WhatsApp thread as the rest of Onboardly.
- Your account’s plan must include ChurnGuard — every endpoint below 403s with the same message otherwise.
- A candidate must already have consented to WhatsApp contact through the ordinary Onboardly flow — this API never collects a NEW consent of its own.
- A survey exists as at most one placement per candidate, ever — there is no re-survey with a second question set.
What never leaves the platform
The candidate’s own reply text is never returned by any endpoint here — only a typed answer, or (for free-text/unparseable replies) the model’s own band and short summary of what was said. See Retrieve survey results.
